3-D rendering of renal vasculatures and tubules of rats kidney.mp4

Serial optical sections (z-stack; 230 μm steps obtained at 1 μm intervals) were generated using an SP8 multiphoton microscope. A 3-D reconstruction was generated from a z-stack using Imaris, version 9.2.1. The video frame rate was 20 frames/second.
