%X We report the isolation and characterization of two topābottom differentiated CB[n]-type receptors, namely ns-CB[6] and cucurbituril derivative 2, which display diastereoselective recognition toward unsymmetrical guests. Compound 2 also promotes the back-folding of long chain alkanediammonium ions in water.
