2019 Untreated JDM RNA-Seq: Read Group info

This is a dataset related to an RNA-Seq experiment examining 1) the transcriptome alterations in untreated and inactive juvenile dermatomyositis, 2) JDM skin and control skin, and 3) JDM muscle and control muscle.

The read group info maps the relationship between each unique Read Group IDentifier (RGID) and the Read Group SaMple (RGSM) for differential expression.
