2019 Untreated JDM RNA-Seq: DAS scores

This is a dataset related to an RNA-Seq experiment examining 1) the transcriptome alterations in untreated and inactive juvenile dermatomyositis, and 2) a separate cohort of inactive JDM patients that later developed psoriasis.

This file contains the Disease Activity Scores (DAS) for each individual, which was used for Weighted Gene Correlation Network Analysis.
