"RLetters: A Web-Based Application for Text Analysis of Journal Articles." DOI: 10.1371/journal.pone.0146004.<div><br></div><div>In addition, at one point I cite a collocation analysis in support of a claim, the original data for which are also included here.</div><div><br></div><div>To regenerate this data from the RLetters Demo installation:</div><div><br></div><div>- Access the RLetters Demo</div><div>- Create two datasets, one containing all of <i>PLoS Biology</i> (filter -> <i>PLoS Biology</i> -> Save Dataset) and one containing all of <i>PLoS Computational Biology.</i></div><div>- Run a Craig Zeta analysis, linking those two datasets.</div><div><br></div><div>For the collocation analysis:</div><div><br></div><div>- Run a collocation analysis on the <i>PLoS Computational Biology</i> dataset, including the first 100 collocations, and using the "Parts of speech" analysis method.</div>
