2004 Design For Surveillant Installation

It occurred to me in 2004 with the visible onset of surveillance cameras now peppering public art facilities in Western Australia that I should design, install and "make" the art work itself a work of sousveillance - pointing back on the institution / museum of artefact itself, gathering intelligence on my audience and bringing new discourse into the uneven balance between that of surveillance and that of sous.
