<p>The parameters were obtained using depolarizing current pulses of 450-ms-duration at a membrane potential of −60 mV. Membrane resistance was calculated from the I–V slope generated from depolarizing and hyperpolarizing pulses. Statistical significance between parameters obtained at 30°C <i>vs.</i> 35°C was determined with 2-way repeated-measures ANOVA, and indicated with a p<0.05; b p<0.001; n = 8 for all columns.</p>
