<p>Predicted activation or inhibition of activity for selected Transcriptional Regulators (TR) predicted by IPA based on the gene response. A number of transcriptional regulators identified are associated with the pathways in Table B in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0127327#pone.0127327.s002" target="_blank">S2 File</a>.
