<p>This thesis was submitted to University of Nebraska Medical Center's Graduate Studies in 2014 towards partial fulfillment of Ph.D. degree.</p>
<p>Developed Enzyme classification method from protein sequences method using machine learning algorithms and applied it to predict enzymes from gut microbiome.</p>
