MSCs in lavage following chemokine i.p. injection
Description
8-10 week old BalbC mice were pretreated with PDGF, I-TAC, C-TACK (250ul, 50nM i.p.), or vehicle (250 ul PBS). Twenty-four hours after administration, peritoneal lavages were taken and MSC numbers were quantified via colony assay. n=3.
