A MOSAIC of methods: Improving ortholog detection through integration of algorithmic diversity

Multiple sequence alignments (MSAs) for human CCDS sequences. Included species are chimp, gorilla, orangutan, rhesus macaque, bushbaby, marmoset, cat, cow, horse.
