HPLC data showing the rates of lipid ester hydrolysis by a zwitterionic D2 antagonic, raclopride tartrate. Data is expressed as the molar percentage of lyso-lipid in the sample at the time of quenching (by freeze-drying of aliquot): fatty acid signal was not easily quantifiable. However, linear increase of lyso-lipid signal meant fatty acid concentration could be assumed to be equal.
System was deliberately chosen to deliver slow rates to make observation, sampling and quantitative analysis possible. This was generated as a follow-up to the original discovery, available at http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16973478.
