15: Live S1 cells
stained with a membrane dye. Confocal stack of live S1 cells stained with
the lipophilic membrane dye Vybrant Dil after 24 hours in 3D lrECM culture. The
membrane dye stains the nuclear membrane illuminating multiple tunnels
transversing the nucleus.
