Extending the Artificial Habitability Zone To Pluto?

This paper expands upon the idea of artificial habitability zones, by engineering a habitable environment for Pluto.  It is meant to be a fun discussion paper and not subject to any intense theoretical scrutinty, though scrutinty is very much welcomed, as it will allow the paper to be further refined in the future.
