A pharmacophore of ebola active compounds

Two 2013 papers yielded 4 FDA compounds active vs Ebola virus in vitro and in vivo. These were used to build a pharmacophore and virtually screen libraries.

Estradiol does not have the basic nitrogen common to the 4 active compounds but Madrid showed it was active in vitro but not against viral replication.
