ANTswers: an interactive library FAQ

Poster presented at the 2015 American Library Association.  ANTswers, introduced in March of 2013, is an interactive beta chatbot that respons to frequently answered library questions. ANTswers utilizes the open source program Program-O to mange the chatbot and the Artificial Intelligence Markup Language (AIML) to develop the back-end programming.
